Corbett joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in August 2021. Corbett’s practice is primarily focused on medical malpractice actions and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Corbett’s practice involved guiding clients through various complex commercial matters including fiduciary litigation, trade secret protection, real estate and construction disputes, and general civil litigation matters. He has represented a wide array of clients including those in the medical, energy, financial services, insurance, hospitality, and professional sports industries.

Corbett graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2018. While in law school, Corbett served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law, assisted in the pro-bono legal representation of low-income members of the Houston community in the Law Center’s Consumer Law Clinic, and served on the school’s Honor Board. Before obtaining his J.D., Corbett graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to work in the health care field where he traveled the country overseeing operations and directing audit compliance for biological facilities that were involved in the preparation of plasma fractions for international clinical use.
