Shan joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in September 2024 after spending a summer clerking with the firm. His primary practice area is civil litigation.
Shan earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Team and the Journal of Health Law & Policy. Prior to receiving his J.D., he attended the University of Houston, where he majored in Management Information Systems. In his free time, Shan enjoys going to the gym and playing guitar.
