Originally hailing from Seattle, Washington, Kimberly A. Huson brings a dynamic blend of legal experience, strategic insight, and competitive drive to her civil litigation practice. A proud graduate magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science, Kim went on to earn her J.D. from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she concentrated her studies in Sports and Business Law and stayed actively involved in the local sports law community.

Before law school, Kim sharpened her legal skills as a paralegal in Nashville and Phoenix, gaining hands-on experience in probate law and eminent domain litigation. Since moving to New Mexico in 2019, she has represented clients in a wide array of complex matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic loss cases. Today, Kim’s practice is focused on defending claims in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Kim is a member of both the American Bar Association and the New Mexico Bar Association. Her work spans the full scope of civil litigation—from early discovery through mediation, trial, and appeal.

Outside the courtroom, Kim is an avid sports fan who brings the same passion to her personal life that she brings to her legal work. She loves watching football, playing basketball and golf, and never misses a chance to talk game strategy—whether on the field or in the courtroom.
