Ron joined Serpe as an associate in July 2024. His primary practice area is civil litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability.

Ron received his JD from the George Washington University Law School. While at GW, Ron served on its moot court team and placed as a semifinalist in the annual Van Vleck Constitutional Law Competition. During law school, Ron interned with the DC Public Defenders Office, where he represented youth from his hometown in various juvenile hearings.

Prior to joining Serpe, Ron worked at an AmLaw 100 firm where his practice involved litigating data/cyber breaches, resolving real estate issues, and defending claims of professional liability. He has extensive experience defending malpractice claims and has been a member of teams that prevailed on motions for summary judgment brought on behalf of attorneys, real estate brokers, real estate agents, and engineers.

Outside of the office, Ron eschews analytics and can be found playing basketball in Downtown or soccer at one of the pitches in East Downton, Houston. A believer in meditation, Ron applies breathing-to-release-stress tactics as he watches his hometown Washington Wizards stay mired in mediocrity and his Dallas Cowboys receive the world’s delight at the latest Cowboys failure.
