Hope joined the Serpe Andrews team in 2023. She has practiced in civil defense in the areas of employment law, premises liability, medical malpractice, estate planning and probate, and other areas of general liability. Hope has represented clients in New Mexico state district courts and in the U.S. District Court in the District of New Mexico Her primary area of practice include employment law and medical malpractice.

Hope was raised in the Midwest and moved to New Mexico specifically to attend law school and begin a second career as an attorney in New Mexico. She entered the legal field with an extensive background in human resources and training and development. While in law school, Hope served as the President of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) and Vice President of the Association of Public Interest Lawyers (APIL). Hope received the ALI-CLE Award sponsored by the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association for her scholarship and leadership during her law school career. Hope was also involved in the Marshall Brennan fellowship program providing civic education to high school students and preparing them for moot court competitions.

In her free time, Hope enjoys exploring the beautiful state of New Mexico, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
