Adam joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in 2021. His current principal area of practice is civil litigation in state and federal court, with an emphasis in commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability, construction law, personal injury, and wrongful death law.
In 2015, Adam received his J.D., cum laude, from South Texas College of Law, where he served as the President of the Student Bar Association and was a varsity mock trial advocate competing in numerous mock trial competitions across the country. Adam achieved several awards and accomplishments while in law school, including Southern Regional Champion of the American Association of Justice Trial Advocacy Competition for 2014 and 2015. Upon graduation, he was awarded the South Texas College of Law Outstanding Male Graduate Award, the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award, and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers. Adam also served as a Briefing Attorney at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals from 2015 to 2016.
Prior to joining Serpe Andrews, Adam worked as a senior associate in a prominent Houston firm with a primary focus on products liability, personal injury, trucking, and toxic tort litigation. Over the course of his legal career, he has successfully litigated numerous cases to settlement or verdict.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to his community whenever possible.
