Alison joined Serpe Andrews as an associate in April 2021. Her primary practice area is civil litigation, concentrating in medical malpractice litigation.

Alison earned her J.D. cum laude from South Texas College of Law in December 2020, where she served as a chair member on the Board of Advocates, competed in numerous national moot court competitions and was named Best Speaker at the McCally Moot Court Competition. She also participated in several national alternative dispute resolution competitions and was the first to take South Texas to Nationals for Client Counseling. Her experience clerking for both a Federal Magistrate and a Probate Judge allows her to understand and tackle an array of issues.

Before obtaining her J.D., Alison earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Immediately upon graduating she embarked on a global mission, volunteering with established organizations for 11 months in 11 different countries. The perspective she gained from her education and global experience gives her a unique insight into difficult tasks she encounters.
